Neeraj Gupta
As the Director of 'Vote for India', Neeraj has spearheaded the use of folk and new media as an essential strategy for awareness of voting rights. He has conceived and led Mass for Awareness's various campaigns related to increase voting percentage and Electoral reform that have reached millions. Neeraj has overseen 'Vote for India' Campaign from a single campaign to a global leader in advancing voting rights through cutting edge multimedia and Indian cultural tools.

Prior to founding 'Vote for India', Neeraj served as Cartoonist for various regional and national dailies like Dainik Jagran, Navbharat and Channel-7 (now IBN-7) where he initiated the Foundation's work in electoral reform and forged unique partnerships between media, NGOs, and civil society groups and public regarding different social issues. He was also columnist in Rediff News.

Neeraj is very creative person. He made so many cartoon films on subject of social and public awareness. He has served on several boards and committees, The recipient of several awards, Neeraj began his career as an Group Cartoonist at Navbharat, the largest circulated daily of central india. He graduated from Dr. Sir Hari Singh Gour National University, Sagar, MP in 1996 and master in Political Science in1998.
National Campaign Coordinator
Sushil Kumar is one of the founder members of Vote for India campaign. He is a social activist and associated with people's struggles going on in various parts India. He, professionally, is a consultant for providing technical support in terms of documentation, training and evaluation to NGOs, corporate houses and Government agencies. His field of specialization is HIV/AIDS awareness as he worked in this field for more than 11 years (out of his 14 years in developmental sector).

He worked as Chief Executive Officer with South Asia Peace Alliance (SAPA) and was looking after coordination of peace programmes organized in Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan.

Apart from training, monitoring, evaluation and documentation, Mr. Kumar has been involved in coordination of various social, developmental, cultural and welfare programmes, projects and events run / organized by various voluntary organizations across the country.

Presently he is associated as chief consultant with Golden Thought Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a consultancy company for NGOs and corporate sector, based in Delhi.

Updesh Saxena
Director – Media Relations
Updesh is more than 25 years experienced in Media relation Development, Media Management, Media Coordination and Event Management. Prior to working at 'Vote for India' he was working at Express Media Service, a national news and current affairs agency of EMS group where he was handling and writing News, Developmental stories and coordinating various national level seminars, panel discussions, and media workshops. He also worked with many national and regional newspapers. Some are Rashtriya Sahara of renowned Sahara Group, Dainik Deshbandhu, Dainik Jagran and Express News. He started his career from Dainik Bhaskar, Indore, MP.

He has also a publisher of children's magazine "Utsav" and Political daily "Janadesh". He also worked with Samajvadi Party as media- in- charge of Madhya Pradesh. He has a Post graduate degree in Mathematics in 1988 from Vikram University, Ujjain.

Manisha Sharma
Senior Manager, Community Leadership Programme
Manisha has done her Masters in Economics from Rani Durgavati University. She has been working for a decade in academic and administrative positions in various organizations like famous Xavier's school. She has received on the job training on communication skills and teaching techniques and has actively conducted workshops on communication skills.

Before joining 'Vote for India', she worked as the curriculum development advisor for various academic institutions. She also runs 'suranjani', a blog on social issues.

Coordinator volunteer action
Dr. Sita gautam is a social activist and works for women rights in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. She has been associated with welfare projects for rehabilitation of rescued women. She was involved in research study on the issue of effect of industrialization on the lives of tribes of Dehradoon, Uttranchal. She has been actively working in development sector for more than 12 years. She is recipient of SAVE award 2012. She is in board of directors of Golden Thought Group of companies. She is founder of NEW INDIA MISSION that works on HIV/AIDS Awareness, Child Welfare and Women Empowerment.

Yashwant Namdeo
Director Multimedia
Yeshwant is expert in animation, illustrations and culture, believes that Knowledge is power & always tries to upgrade his knowledge. He also thinks that Dedication, Determination and Devotion are the key to success.

Yashwant has conducted training programs with different groups on social issues ranging from gender, voter's rights and life skills. He has been involved in developing resource materials, sessions and organizing state and national levels events on these issues.

He has done his Masters in Sociology specializing in Human Development. He has received his Post Graduate Diploma in Designing and Graphics from ICM. Before joining the 'Vote for India' he worked as senior illustrator in Hindustan of HT group.

Campaign Manager
Shraboni Batabyal, 28, is the Campaign Manager of Vote For India. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Campaign. Prior Joining, Shraboni had worked in Hospitality, ITES sectors for over 7 years.

Shraboni holds Masters Degree in Education Management from CCS University, Meerut.

Namita Gupta
Director, Social and Political Research
Namita grew up in Madhya pradesh, India, and very early on, was inspired by the power of the research to effective social change. Surrounded by media and social research at home and drawing on her fascination with people and social interaction, she chose to explore the research as mediam for social change after she finished her BA in Sociology from Dr Sir Hari Singh Gour National University, Sagar, MP in 1997 and master in History in1999.

After completing her Masters, Namita left academia to explore her passion for parliament research. She is interested in harnessing the power of parliament related research to raise awareness about political and electoral issues and work with new and exciting media forms to engage with issues of voting rights.

Her most recent work, 'Representative at Work', examines the working of the Member of Parliament (MP) in Loksabha, their participation in debate and questions as a tool of analysis of their performance.
